Mengiklankan/menawarkan produk barang/jasa menggunakan Private Message (PM) dalam bentuk tulisan/gambar di forum slowbos adalah dilarang.
Pelanggar akan di berikan teguran, apabila kegiatan mengiklankan produk tidak di hentikan. Pelanggar akan di berikan sangsi Banned terhadap username / banned IP.

Username Banned

Terhadap Username yang dikenakan sangsi banned, jangan berharap untuk meminta username anda untuk di aktifkan kembali.
Kemungkinan besar semua postingan user tersebut akan di hapus dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu.
User tersebut berhak mendaftar username baru apabila jenis banned yang diberikan adalah username banned.

Free Speech

"Free Speech" memiliki arti yang berbeda-beda oleh setiap orang, dan slowbos memiliki "Free Speech" ala slowbos.

Bagi user yang merasa di rugikan oleh user lain karena akibat dari kebebasan "Free Speech" harap segera menghubungi Moderator Forum setempat untuk diambil tindakan lebih lanjut.

Advertising / Iklan

slowbos tidak memberikan fasilitas signature untuk menjaga kerapihan slowbos dan penghematan database oleh karena itu segala macam bentuk signature (manual signature) baik text atau gambar tidak di perbolehkan di slowbos kecuali donatur
slowbosers yang menggunakan signature manual untuk kepentingan pribadi / promosi akan dikenakan sangsi banned / penghapusan account.

PROTEST

• Semua bentuk protes, harap di posting di forum Kritik / Saran
• Protes / Kritik / Saran yang tidak di tempatkan pada tempat tidak akan kami resolve.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your slowbos account, you may simply discontinue using the Services. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment is created as a result of the Terms of Use and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind slowbos in any respect whatsoever. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. slowbos shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond slowbos's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference). If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The Terms of Use is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by you except with slowbos's prior written consent. slowbos may transfer, assign or delegate the Terms of Use and its rights and obligations without consent. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, (but without limiting slowbos's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction), any disputes arising with respect to this Agreement shall be referred to the Badan Arbitrase Nasional or National Arbitrate Board of Indonesia (arbitrator). The written decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitration proceeding shall be carried on and heard in Indonesia using the Indonesian language. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under the Terms of Use, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover costs and attorneys fees. Both parties agree that the Terms of Use is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms of Use, and that all modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.

13. TRADEMARKS

slowbos brand and other slowbos graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, categories, forum and service name are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of slowbos in the Republic of Indonesia and/or other countries. slowbos's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Any intention to use the slowbos logo and other trademarks must be requested and agreed upon in written by slowbos.
